Terms of Service – titta.io

Last updated: 1 September 2026

1. About these terms

titta.io is operated by Roligt AB (company registration no. 556961-0198), Tallidsvägen 8 C, 131 37 Nacka, Sweden (“we”, “us”).

By using titta.io, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. The service

titta.io is a video streaming platform where you can rent digital video content, such as lectures, talks, stand-up comedy, and live events.

The service includes:

• Video on demand (VOD) – rented content with time-limited access, and
• Pay-per-view (PPV) livestreams – live-streamed events available during a specified time window.

When you rent content, you receive a time-limited right to stream the content via our website. You do not purchase or download any content.

For PPV livestreams, access applies only during the scheduled live event and any explicitly stated replay period, if applicable.

3. Rental period and access

• The rental period or live event time window is clearly displayed before purchase.
• Prices vary depending on the content.
• Access is granted immediately after confirmed payment.
• For PPV livestreams, access applies only during the scheduled event time (and any stated replay period).
• When the rental period or event time window expires, access to the content is automatically removed.

4. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website at any given time, such as Swish, payment cards, and Apple Pay.

No user account is required. The purchase becomes valid immediately after payment has been completed.

5. No account & personal data

You do not need to create an account to use the service.

We process only the personal data that is necessary to:

• complete the payment,
• provide the service, and
• comply with legal requirements.

Depending on the selected payment method, this may include:

• Phone number (for Swish payments)
• Payment and transaction details
• Limited payment information required for card or Apple Pay transactions

We do not collect more data than necessary and never sell personal data to third parties. We do not use your personal data for marketing — with one exception: if you arrived through one of our ads, we report the purchase itself back to the advertising platform, without any details about you (see Advertising measurement below).

Advertising measurement

If you click one of our ads on Facebook, Instagram or Google and then make a purchase, we report that purchase to that advertising platform so we can measure and improve our ads.

We share only:

• the advertising platform's own click ID from the link you arrived through,
• the amount and which content the purchase relates to.

We do not share your name, phone number, email address, IP address or details about your browser. If you reach us any other way there is no click ID, and the purchase cannot be linked to any ad.

We set no advertising cookies and use no advertising pixel — neither Meta's, Google's nor anyone else's. For individual titles we promote specifically, we ask for your consent first in a notice on the page. If you accept, we additionally share your IP address, your browser and your phone number or email address in hashed (unreadable) form, so the measurement is more accurate. If you decline, only what is described above is shared, and the page and your purchase work exactly the same. Read more in our privacy policy.

6. Right of withdrawal, refunds, and technical issues

By completing the purchase, you consent to the delivery of digital content beginning immediately.

As a result, no right of withdrawal applies to digital content delivered immediately, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

For PPV livestreams, refunds are normally not provided due to the time-sensitive nature of live events delivered in real time.

If technical issues or other problems prevent you from accessing the content as intended, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and may, when appropriate, offer a refund or other compensation.

7. Permitted use

During the rental period or live event, you may:

• Stream the content for private, personal use via our website.

You may not:

• Use the service in violation of applicable law
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass technical protections or restrictions
• Download, record, copy, or distribute the content
• Share access with others or make the content publicly available

8. Intellectual property

All content available on titta.io, including livestreams, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

No rights are transferred to you beyond the limited, time-restricted right to stream the content for private use.

9. Service availability

We strive to provide a stable and reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Live events depend on third-party infrastructure and real-time conditions and may be affected by technical limitations beyond our control.

If something does not work as expected, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

The version of the terms that applied at the time of your purchase will continue to apply to that specific transaction. Any new purchases made after changes take effect will be governed by the updated terms.

11. Consumer scope

These terms apply to consumers.

If you are a content creator or business partner, a separate agreement applies.

12. Your rights & GDPR

You have the right to request information about what personal data we process about you and how it is used.

To make such a request, contact us at hej@titta.io.

13. Governing law

These terms and the service are governed by Swedish law.
